SERVICE PROVIDERS

1. Service Provider Orientation Instructions
Read this document first to get started in meeting the orientation requirements for all service providers who have not yet attended the two-day training "Orientation to Early Intervention". This training will no longer be offered.

2. Participant Information Form
Complete this document to officially register with the CSPD orientation system. You will not be able to receive credit for completing any required activities until this form is submitted.

3. Service Provider Competencies
Read this document to familiarize yourself the competencies that are expected of New Jersey service providers after completing orientation.

4. Foundations of Service Provision in the New Jersey Early Intervention System
Read this self-study module. Feel free to print out a copy.

5. Foundations of Service Provision Test
Take the open book test after reading the foundations document. You MUST take the test before you may register for the one day IFSP training.

6. Register for the one day training "Introduction to IFSP Development".
