| The
people who join Early Intervention Services are a diverse lot. Our
staff is comprised of full and part timers; mothers and fathers;
life-long educators, therapists, and social workers and returnees
to the workforce. They hold high school diplomas, PhD's and everything
in between.
More
than anything else, the bond that unites our 'Family' is their
desire to make a difference in the lives of children and their
families. The people who work here want their job to be more than
a job. They want to make an impact.
And
they do. Talk to one of our therapists, nurses or social workers
and watch their face light up as they tell you about the families
they serve. How they helped a toddler learn to put her socks on
or say her sister's name. They'll tell you how satisfying it is
to know they're helping children and parents who need their help
- and how heartwarming it is to become part of the fabric of the
family.
Our
staff members also appreciate the monumental advantages that arise
from working with families in their home environments. Seeing
the dynamics of the home enable our staff members to offer meaningful,
highly practical solutions. Its one of the many reasons our outcomes
are typically more successful than from services provided in an
office setting.
Of
course, working in Early Intervention Services has its tangible
rewards, too. We offer competitive pay and a professional and
supportive work environment. Our staff members also enjoy a highly
flexible work schedule and a non-bureaucratic work environment
with little or no red tape. The environment is one of trust. You'll
be given the freedom to get your work done in a way that's best
for you and your families.
